That was the end of the 2023 trip, after three weeks in Thailand. We’d started on the River Kwai at Kanchanaburi, headed south through Khao Sok, Phuket, Koh Phi Phi and Krabi, and finished with a few days back in Bangkok, including a second visit to the Ancient City.
We left Bangkok on the flight back to London, with plenty of memories to take home. It was our second trip to Thailand in a year, after the 2022 visit that was disrupted by ten days in quarantine, and it won’t be the last. We’re due back in December 2026.
