Join us as we share our memorable midlife adventures in Ibiza! From relaxing by the pool to exploring the stunning landscapes, our trip was filled with unique experiences. Each day brought something new and exciting, showcasing the essence of Ibiza beyond its party reputation.

Day 1: Arrival in Ibiza

We flew into Ibiza International Airport, landing at 10:30 AM. After a smooth transfer with the TUI bus, we arrived at our accommodation, Hotel Puchet. Once we unpacked, we headed out to grab a couple of cocktails and set off to explore the area. We walked along the beachfront to the WiKi Woo hotel for some drinks and delicious food, marking the perfect beginning to our adventure.

Day 2: Relaxation by the Pool

Day two was dedicated to relaxation around the hotel pool, where we enjoyed cocktails and the sun. In the evening, we took a leisurely stroll along the beach to San Antonio, where we dined at Restaurante Tijuana, a fantastic Tex-Mex restaurant. The food was delightful, and we highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area.

Day 3: Ibiza Rocks Experience

On our third day, we made our way to Ibiza Rocks Hotel for the Lovely Laura & Ben Santiago show. Drinks were definitely flowing, and we capped off the evening with a couple of drinks while watching the breathtaking sunset.

Day 4: Pool Recovery Day

After the excitement of the previous day, we opted for another relaxing pool day to recover. In the evening, we enjoyed an amazing meal at Casa Thai, just a short walk from our hotel. The food was exceptional and priced reasonably, making it a must-visit.

Day 5: Excursion to Formentera

We caught the 9:00 AM bus from the station in San Antonio to Eivissa town, which cost €6 each for a return ticket. After a quick five-minute walk, we hopped on the air-conditioned Trasmapi ferry to Formentera, which took us on a scenic 17 km trip to La Savina. Arriving at this beautiful island felt like stepping into the Caribbean, with crystal-clear waters and pristine white sandy beaches. We rented bikes and cycled to Platja de Ses Illetes, where we snorkeled and enjoyed a bite to eat before returning to Eivissa to explore the old town.

Day 6: Café Del Mar

Another relaxing pool day awaited us on day six, followed by dinner at Café Del Mar, where we soaked in the beautiful sunset. After that, we headed to Café Mambo next door for drinks, perfect for a lively evening.

Day 7: Ibiza Rocks Cuckoo Party

We started day seven with an appointment at Kiss My Fairy for body paint and glitter ahead of the Ibiza Rocks Cuckoo Opening Party at 2:00 PM. It was a fantastic party! Later, we headed back to WiKi Woo for some food and chill time.

Day 8: Beach Day at Cala Bassa

Day eight was a beach day. We hopped onto the L7 Ibiza bus to Cala Bassa beach before returning to San Antonio for dinner at Rita’s Cantina. We enjoyed another stunning sunset before heading back to the hotel for cocktails.

Day 9: Poolside Cocktails and Dinner

We spent day nine lounging by the pool, enjoying cocktails once again. In the evening, we opted for another dinner at Casa Thai, cherishing their delicious cuisine.

Day 10: Island Excursion

We embarked on an excursion to explore all four corners of the island. Our journey included stops at Las Salinas, Portinatx, and San Miguel, along with a visit to the party town of San Antonio or the upscale Santa Eulalia.

In the morning, we passed the snowy-white salt flats of Las Salinas. Once in the quaint village of San José, we visited the 18th-century fortress church, Parròquia de Sant Josep, and enjoyed the bustling town square.

After a brief photo stop in Santa Eulalia, we enjoyed lunch in the picturesque coastal resort of Portinatx. Our final stop was the port of San Miguel, where we toured the Caves of Can Marca, concluding with a spectacular sound and light show before heading back to our pickup point.

Day 11: Ocean Beach Day Club

On day eleven, we headed to Ocean Beach Day Club for the Kisstory opening event and enjoyed all the old-school anthems. We rented a couple of daybeds, which got credited towards our bar and food bill; it was an absolutely great day.

Day 12: Departure Day

On our final day, we prepared for our journey home. We packed and checked out of the hotel, leaving our bags in a designated area as our pickup wasn’t until late afternoon. We seized the chance to take one last look around San Antonio, soaking in the beautiful sights and memories from our incredible trip.
